Some summer-y Hamtaro iOS7 wallpapers to cheer you on this school year, starring my Hamtaro pencil topper that I've had forever and just found today.
When you set the wallpaper on your iOS device, you shouldn't have to move it around at all or change the movement setting to off (unless you want to), the black border should not show, HOWEVER these wallpapers were designed for my iPod 5, so you may have to crop/move it around a bit if you see it, but it should be fine.
